I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers a warm, compassionate, and strengths-based approach to therapy.
It is an honor for me to walk alongside those who are looking for a way forward after experiencing traumatic events, major life transitions, anxiety, depression, and other challenges. I seek to provide a therapeutic space where people can speak freely, gain insight, find joy, and deepen their relationship with themselves and others. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy working with folks from diverse backgrounds using a social justice-based lens.
I have particularly specialty and passion for working with individuals healing from trauma, late-diagnosed neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic) adults, and parents in the chaos of the early years.
I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness practices, and other modalities to facilitate healing and collaborate with my clients to reach their goals.
